to Japan to returning to Japan for good and building a family and

business. Roger graduated from Sophia University and worked briefly in

advanced education and then recruiting before forming a company with

several partners. While working with KPMG in their executive search

section, Roger was known as the "technology guy." After leaving KPMG,

Roger established his own consulting firm and then joined Paul Ray &

Company, where he has devoted 33 years.
