A forty-year resident of Japan, Michael Bobrove possesses profound

drive to make a positive impact to the upbringing he received from

highly educated parents who instilled in him and his two brothers the

values of hard work and determination. Michael spoke of his deep

affection for Japan, a love that sprouted from a professor at Antioch

College who introduced him to the Japanese language. Japan's rich

culture and history captivated him, fostering a deep connection with the

country. On his third return to Japan, he assumed a position at

Schering, dedicating 15 years to the pharmaceutical sector and ascending

to an executive role.
