nestled in Goa, India. Sohan's culinary journey began in childhood, and

after earning his culinary degree, he embarked on a career with the

Hilton group. There, he honed his skills in extracting the exotic

flavors of the South and applied his expertise to craft delectable

creole dishes. Chef Sohan continues to delight patrons with signature

creations like his authentic gumbo, expertly blackened fish fillets,

Cajun-style southern fried chicken, flavorful jambalaya, and much more!
