William Hall, a former I CAN student, sat with me, and it was terrific to chat with the successful businessman while my mind flashed back to a 6-year-old doing back handsprings with my support. William grew up in Tokyo in a bi-cultural, English-speaking, ex-pat community like his ASIJ cohorts. William says that he was impressed from a young age to "learn how to think for himself," which he took to heart in his educational and career endeavors. After working for several companies and honing his people skills, he found his passion for executive recruitment and is running his own company.
