Born and raised in Tasmania, Charles stepped into the hospitality industry in his gap year. He rode the wave and has been committed to the Sheraton Western group for his entire career. Charles and his diligent team stuck it through safely during COVID without any closures to preserve the hotel's community and social aspects. Well done!!
