The face of BST Shibuya campus and the administrative facilitator that helps the school run smoothly, Masami Gonzalez has an impressive suite of interpersonal skills and communication etiquette that make her an excellent receptionist. Masami is a Nikkei (of Japanese descent) Peruvian and started her life as a returnee in Japan when she was a teenager. Masami shares her challenges acclimating to Japanese society, her fond memories of Seisen University, and her stint as a flight attendant for Iberia and Varig Airlines. Masami believes that she serves to connect people daily, and it gives her joy to bring happiness to those who come into her path.
