FUN and bittersweet podcast with one of my favorite power couples, the Smyths, Peter, and Lin one day before they left Japan for their next chapter in Toronto, Canada…! They have navigated the ex-pat life in Tokyo with grace and gratitude, creating a beautiful family and forming lasting relationships. Peter’s analogy about the life of a foreigner in Japan to a play and how to use the “superpower” as a foreigner if/when you go “off script” is the best description I have heard. I will miss Lin and Peter and their three sons, Nate, Liam, Jake - wishing them all the best in Canada, and may our paths cross again soon!!
