In July 2021, William Delorme launched his executive search company, Ryze Consulting K.K. As the name implies, he, along with his partners, aims to “help people and companies GO UP.” He has a passion for history, which was one of his majors in university: the favorite being WWII, the most published and photographed period. William came to Japan 20 years ago and has never looked back. In one of the “safest, friendliest places in the world,” he has built relationships, a beautiful family, and now a business. William recognizes that the people make this country so unique, and he is bullish on Japan; it remains “unbeatable” whatever comes its way.
