Business-wise Neil has 19 years of recruiting experience in various industries and now runs his own company. He is also a director of KryptoLock K.K. and is developing market shares in the Middle East and Japan. We discuss the challenges and rewards of conducting business in Japan. There are so many life lessons in business, and we both agree that understanding people is the key to success.
