True to his philosophy, Gudni and Eiko Gudnason are together creating a “movie” that they star in, featuring their great essences of spiritual wellness and happiness. They were such gracious hosts, and their regal home ambiance added an ethereal dimension to the episode. Gudni is candid about his life story: his Icelandic upbringing and roots, passion for the literary world and physics, artistic and dance background, award-winning poetry, martial arts mastery, and international business acumen running five companies. Eiko, a Sophia University graduate, has established her jewelry and clothing brand. She also teaches courses that reflect her philosophy about the beauty of the body and soul. Recently, they have faced Gudni’s health issue, but I sense that the dynamic couple is handling it with grace and grit.
