Eric and I recorded the episode in the garden of his lovely home on a crisp, perfect autumn morning. Eric left France at age 22 and embarked on an epic backpacking journey through Europe and Asia, eventually leading to Japan. Eric and his wife, Yoko, established Wine Prospérité in 2008. Faithful to their love for wine, Eric continues bringing fine wines to your tables.
